RETURNS

NUMERO / F has a 14 day return policy:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to send it back to NUMERO / F located at 4 rue Pierre Marcel, 94250 Gentilly for a refund or an exchange.

Any complaint regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 working days of receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label etc.), using the documents provided in the package. Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks relating to the return of the Product(s) shall be borne by the sender.

For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The customer does not have to justify the reasons for the return or pay any penalties, except for the cost of return and any potential customs duties.

NUMERO / F cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Packages for which the identification of the customer (name, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service department will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.




EXCHANGE

If your jacket size does not fit or you do not like the product and prefer a different style, please return your items and simply place a new order for the piece you are interested in at 

www.numero-f.com.

 

 

 

REIMBURSEMENTS 

If the complete order is returned, the refund will not include the delivery costs of NUMBER / F. To this end, the Customer will insert the delivery invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package. NUMERO / F will reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the latter and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (thus excluding any customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the customer's name.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced because you have handled the goods more than necessary.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with the return information label.

- • Make sure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.

- • All products delivered in their own box, must be returned in their original undamaged box, as they are considered part of the product.

- • Please - make sure to return products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box so as not to damage the original packaging.
